Trillium Fund Applications OpenJuly 6, 2022
NIPISSING – Vic Fedeli, MPP for Nipissing has announced that as of today, the Ontario government has opened applications for Ontario Trillium Fund’s Capital Grant. Applicants can apply for a minimum of $10,000 and maximum of $150,000.
“Capital grants help non-profit organization address our community need by improving their infrastructure,” said MPP Vic Fedeli. “Whether it’s purchasing equipment, building a new space, completing renovations, or repairs, Capital Grants support projects that will have a positive impact in our community.”
Organizations can request funding for multiple capital improvements within one facility, e.g., touchless entry and widening of doorways at local community centre, or they can request funding for the same capital improvements at multiple facilities, e.g., HVAC retrofits at 3 municipal arenas.
The following applicants are eligible for funding:
- A charitable organization or public foundation registered as a charity by the Canada Revenue Agency
- An organization incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation without share capital in a Canadian jurisdiction
- A First Nation / Métis / Inuit or other Indigenous community
- A municipality with a population of 20,000 or less, or their cultural and recreational agencies, including public libraries and museums
