NIPISSING — Vic Fedeli, MPP for Nipissing announced that nominations are being accepted for the Ontario Volunteer Service Awards. The deadline to submit applications is November 15, 2025. Recipients will receive a personalized certificate and lapel pin acknowledging their years of service at an award recognition ceremony held locally.

“Volunteers are the backbone of our community, helping people in need, supporting after-school programs, mentoring youth, coaching sports, and more,” said MPP Vic Fedeli. “We encourage local organizations to nominate exceptional individuals for the Ontario Volunteer Service Awards and recognize those who make Nipissing thrive.”

Adults are recognized by the length of time they have volunteered with an organization, ranging from five to 65 years of continuous service. Youth volunteers are considered 24 years old or under and are recognized for two or more years of continuous service.
