This initiative has enabled us to expand our team and undertake projects related to Supply Chain and Quality Control, while also providing meaningful career development opportunities in North Bay.” – Belinda McDevitt, General Manager, Mincon Canada.

“The NOHFC program helps to promote financial security in jobs for the northern communities.
With this funding being available to smaller companies it allows growth in each industry. By just adding one more employee for a smaller company it has allowed SYCTR to grow 100%. This has opened project opportunities for Indigenous communities in this area. SYCTR is very appreciative of this program funding and all that help administer it.” Andrew Restoule. Owner, SYCTR.
The NOHFC has invested more than $147 million in 865 projects in the Nipissing area, leveraging more than $637 million in investment and creating or sustaining 1,531 jobs.
