Ontario Enhancing Support for Municipalities in Nipissing
October 24, 2019NORTH BAY – The Ontario government is working collaboratively with its municipal partners, and will invest $500 million in 389 municipalities for 2020 through the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund.
In total, Nipissing municipalities will see an increase in funding of $954,900 in 2020, with North Bay receiving an increase of $888,400.
“Our government continues to review the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund to ensure it is sustainable and is better focused on Northern and rural municipalities that need funding the most,” said Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli.
